2025 Spring Workshop Topic
Staff Coaching in Real Time:
Embedding Practical Coaching Strategies into Leadership Roles
Join camp staff from across the U.S. for a half-day of learning (virtually).
The practical tools taught during this seminar are applicable to early and mid-career camp staff.
The essence of summer camp lies not just in the activities we offer or the beautiful locations we inhabit, but in the personal growth and development of every individual involved — campers and staff alike. To this end, we envision coaching not merely as a skill but as an integral part of the job description for staff at all levels. The idea is to transform everyday interactions into opportunities for guidance, support, and personal development, ensuring that everyone feels valued, understood, and motivated to contribute their best.

Participants will learn specific, immediately applicable tools that will improve planning, communication, supervision, leadership, team building, camper interface, and more. Register one staff member...or ten!
