This program equips camp directors and leadership teams with the tools to coach their staff, strengthen leadership skills, and create a culture of accountability and support. Using the proven G.R.O.W. model, directors learn how to guide, develop, and inspire their staff all summer long.

Program Includes:

One 90-minute private coaching session with the camp director

Two 45-minute follow-up sessions with the director and leadership team
